Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 box raisins
    1 egg
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients.
    Stir in eggs and sour cream. Knead briefly and shape into a ball.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Use a sharp knife to cut an \"X\" onto top or spoon into greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and knife comes out clean.
