Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (bone in)
    2 c. Bisquick/Recipease
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 small bags pecans, chopped
    salt to taste (optional)
    pepper to taste
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Foil line 9 x 13-inch pan; this helps in cleanup.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour milk in bowl large enough for chicken to fit in; set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients, except chicken, in large Ziploc.
    Dip chicken in milk, then shake in bag.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
