Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. round steak, cut into 2-inch strips
    1 onion, sliced
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 green pepper, sliced
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Cook meat in a little oil with onion and pepper until meat is brown and done.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
