Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bag frozen cubed Southern hash potatoes (works best if thawed some but don't have to be)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
    1 small onion chopped or 2 Tbsp. minced onions (dried)
Preparation
    Makes a 9 x 13 pan, thin layer, or double use the next size pan or have it thicker. Takes about 15 minutes to mix and bake for 1 hour.
