Vermicelli Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. (4 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Skinner vermicelli (uncooked)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, heat oil.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Saut until tender; add mushrooms.
    Saut 2 minutes; add tomato sauce and seasoning; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
