Potato Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, boiled and riced
    a little grated onion
    1 egg
    milk, butter and pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mash potatoes with milk and butter, but leave stiff.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Measure 1/3 cup portions; shape into cones.
    Roll in bread crumbs, then in egg which has been beaten with water.
    Place on greased cookie sheet; store in refrigerator.
    Twenty minutes before serving, bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, or until brown and crusty.
