Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini
1 onion
2 carrots
1 box stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cheese (Mozzarella or Muenster)
Preparation

Steam zucchini, onion and carrots 4 to 5 minutes. Then mix box of stuffing with melted butter. Stir in veggies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Top with other cup of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
