Sloppy Joe Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped pepper (sweet red and green)
    1 pouch Campbell's onion soup and recipe mix
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
    shredded Cheddar cheese for garnish
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef with peppers until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat.
    Spoon off fat. Stir in soup mix, water and ketchup.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon over potatoes.
    Garnish with cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
