Easy Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
1 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
Pour sugar over and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or longer.
