Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
Beat together margarine and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat well.
Stir in vanilla, peel and zucchini.
Alternately stir in dry ingredients and milk.
Add nuts.
Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Turn out.
May drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
