Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add to mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Wrap and roll in wax paper and put in freezer until hardened.
Slice and bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
