Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated pears
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; make well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.
    Stir until just moistened,
    Spoon into two well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
