Applesauce Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oats
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. applesauce
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Stir in oats, sugar and raisins.
    Add applesauce, oil, eggs and milk. Stir only until dry ingredients are blended.
    Fill a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan half full.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately.
    Cool.
    Wrap cooled bread; store one day before slicing.
    Makes 1 loaf.
