Asparagus Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh asparagus, cut up or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. sour cream (to double, use only 3/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook fresh asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 6 minutes (or cook frozen according to package directions).
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, sour cream, carrots, onion and pepper.
    Fold in asparagus.
    Turn mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
