Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, separated into florets
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 to 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Combine broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion and dressing in a large bowl.
Cover and marinate several hours, stirring occasionally.
