Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated, peeled raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla and mix lightly, but well.
    Combine the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon and add to egg mixture.
    Stir until blended.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
