Mashed Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkgs dry yeast, dissolved
    1 c mashed potatoes
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 c sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c flour, then 3 or more cups
Preparation
    Place mixture in a greased bowl to rise (about 3 hours). Work down and shape into favorite shape.
    Brush with butter and let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
