Shrimp Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) Havarti cheese, grated
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen, peeled and cooked shrimp, finely chopped
    paprika to garnish
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add next 6 ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Divide cheese mixture in half; form each half into a ball.
    Sprinkle each cheese ball with paprika.
    Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
    Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
    Makes 2 cheese balls.
