Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix meal and sugar; add beaten eggs and butter.
    Stir in vinegar and vanilla.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Set aside for 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
