Rhubaba - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
8 oz. rhubarb, diced (2 c.)
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation

In oven, melt butter in an 8 x 1 1/2-inch round baking dish; stir in brown sugar.
Top evenly with rhubarb.
If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to sherry; drizzle over rhubarb.
