Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 chopped rib celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 peeled carrot, chopped
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    parsley, cayenne and paprika
Preparation
    Pound breasts between two sheets of Saran Wrap to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Saute onion, green pepper, carrot and garlic in butter until soft.
    Add bread crumbs and 1/2 cup broth to mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
