Indian Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pinto beans
2 Tbsp. Pace picante sauce
2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Cook pinto beans and add Pace picante sauce or use 4 cans pinto beans.
Brown ground beef with garlic.
Don't chop.
Drain meat and remove garlic.
Add taco seasoning and tomato juice. Simmer 1 hour.
Chop lettuce, tomatoes,
and onion.
Grate 1 pound of Cheddar cheese.
