Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. taco sauce
2 to 4 tsp. chili powder
2 c. broken tortilla chips
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook ground beef until brown; drain.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic powder.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Place tortilla chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Top with beef mixture. Spread with sour cream.
Sprinkle with onions, tomato and cheese. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
Arrange additional chips around edge of casserole; serve with shredded lettuce, chili peppers and taco sauce if desired.
