Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag chopped broccoli, cooked as directed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can onion soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup chopped green pepper in butter.
    Add cream of chicken soup and onion soup.
    Mix together with cooked rice.
    Bake in a large dish; top with cheese of your choice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
