Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff. Add salt and vanilla. Mix well; add pecans and chocolate bits and drop by teaspoonful on ungreased foiled cookie sheets (2). Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Put in and turn off immediately and take out in morning. Makes 4 dozen.
