Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
3 very overripe bananas, mashed
chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Blend flour and shortening well.
Add sugar, baking soda, eggs and mashed bananas.
Mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake in a greased, lightly floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for one hour.
