Low Calorie Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Place water, lemon juice and vanilla in bowl.
    Sprinkle in dry milk.
    Turn beater to high speed and whip for 8 to 10 minutes.
