Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. diced chopped onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooked Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    seasoned stuffing mix
    butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    water chestnuts
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and divide into 2 casseroles. Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
