Caramel Pecan Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
8 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. (packed) brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
4 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix together.
Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Turn oven off and open door.
Cool pie in oven to room temperature.
Remove from pan and refrigerate, if desired.
