Night Before Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. dried mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Use cooking spray to coat 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Pour croutons in pan to cover bottom.
    Cover with 1/2 cheese and meat. Combine eggs, milk, dried mustard, soup and salt and pepper.
    Pour liquid mixture over contents of pan.
    Spread rest of cheese over liquid.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Remove plastic wrap or foil and bake for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
