Portuguese Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring milk and water in saucepan to a boil (watch carefully). Turn to low; add rice.
    Cover 20 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Pour sugar; mix quickly (will be soft).
    Mix eggs separately, then mix together with rice.
    Again mix quickly.
    Let set in serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
