Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular crab meat
    1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (optional)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Shape into patties (golf ball size).
    Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
    If you wish, shape into loaf and bake at 370\u00b0 for 45 minutes in greased loaf pan.
