Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork
    2 lb. lean beef
    3 lb. onions
    4 stalks celery
    1 small bottle soy sauce
    1 bottle brown sauce
    2 cans water chestnuts
    4 cans bean sprouts
Preparation
    Cut celery and put in large pan.
    Flour and brown meat that has been cut in bite size.
    Drain on paper towel, then add to celery, soy sauce and brown sauce.
    Cut onions and brown them. Add to rest.
    Cook until meat is tender, about an hour or so.
