Super-Easy Orange Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
    oranges slices, cut in quarters for garnish
Preparation
    Place a 3-cup mold in refrigerator to chill.
    Stir cream, sugar and orange juice in a medium-size bowl until sugar dissolves. Place in freezer 1 1/2 hours or until partially frozen (mixture must be thick so chips won't sink).
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Pour into chilled mold, cover and freeze until hard, several hours or overnight.
