Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 large cans tomato sauce (32 oz.)
    1 large can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion until soft.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
