Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    5 oz. soy sauce
    10 oz. consomme soup
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Place brisket in roaster pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover pan with foil to make airtight for 24 hours or overnight.
    Bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Slice thinly and bake 1 hour more.
