Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
    juice of 2 lemons
    dash of paprika
    1 chopped bell pepper
    4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    6 c. shrimp (uncooked, but shelled and deveined)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and paprika. Put in buttered 13 x 9. Top with cheese and sprinkle paprika.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and cheese is bubbly.
