Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 piece chicken breast
    carrots, cut in thin short strips
    green beans (French-cut)
    cabbage, chopped
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    chow mein noodles, cooked
    green onion, chopped
    soy sauce, if desired
Preparation
    Boil chicken until fully cooked; drain and break in small pieces.
    Combine vegetables in skillet and fry until hot.
    Add chicken, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.
    Put noodles in a large pan with enough oil to coat the pan bottom.
    Stir in chicken, vegetables and green onions. Heat through.
    Add soy sauce, if desired.
