Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, cut in 1/4's (not peeled)
    7 green peppers
    3 to 4 hot peppers (optional)
    12 large onions
    2 heads garlic
    1 c. oil
    8 small cans tomato paste
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1/2 c. oregano
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    10 Tbsp. shredded cheese
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Add ingredients to tomato mix.
    Bake mixture uncovered in oven at 350\u00b0 for 6 hours or until desired thickness.
    Pack in hot sterile jars.
    Hot water bath 15 minutes.
