Easy Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can pinto beans (undrained)
    1 can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 can hominy
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 envelope Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
