Mexican Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 crushed clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 lb. roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried cilantro (optional)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute
    garlic
    in
    peanut
    oil.
    Stir
    in the remaining ingredients.
    Cook\tfor about 2 minutes in the open skillet at medium
    heat.
    As soon as they are cool enough to eat they may be served.
    They
    keep
    well so they may be served later when they are cool.
