Beefy Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    12 oz. dried beef in jar
    24 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Accent
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Shred beef in blender, save 1/2 cup.
    With large spoon, stir in other ingredients.
    Shape into 2 large balls.
    Roll in remaining beef.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve at room temperature with your choice of crackers.
