Hot Creamed Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lb. crabmeat, chopped very fine
1/3 c. toasted almonds
salt to taste
Preparation

Beat cheese until smooth in small electric mixer.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, flour and pepper. Beat again until smooth.
Fold in crabmeat, almonds and salt to taste.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Place over heat (candle or other heating device).
