Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Put rice in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole Pyrex dish.
    Next, sprinkle on poultry seasoning.
    Lay chicken on rice.
    Pour 3 cups water on top of the chicken.
    Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
    Add mushroom soup last.
    Cover chicken and rice with mushroom soup. Cover with aluminum foil and cook until done, 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
