Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. mixed grated lemon and orange rind
Preparation

Beat
cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer.
Add 5 eggs and
2 egg yolks 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour,
followed
by
heavy cream.
Add vanilla and grated rind. Mix
until
a
smooth,
creamy consistency.
Pour into a heavy aluminum
spring-form
pan.
Bake
in a 500\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes. Reduce
heat
to 250\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
Yields 16 servings.
