Black Bean Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. sliced red, green, yellow peppers, 1-inch wide
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, undrained
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. hot cooked white rice
    lime wedges (optional)
    sprigs of cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil over moderately high heat.
    Add peppers and garlic; saute 5 minutes, stirring frequently with wooden spoon.
    Stir in beans and minced cilantro.
