Brunch Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped ham
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.
    Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs, mixing until blended.
    Saute onion in margarine; add onion and remaining ingredients to cream cheese mixture.
    Mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
    Yields 8 servings.
