Sauteed Veal Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 + Tbsp. butter
    4 rib or loin veal chops (1 inch thick; not shoulder)
    salt
    pepper (white)
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    1 pkg. brown gravy
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown slowly on both sides, about 20 minutes.
    Remove chops; place on serving plates.
    Add wine and some of prepared gravy (to thicken and taste).
    Bring to a boil, scraping loose all the brown particles from skillet.
    Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon juices over meat.
    Enjoy.
