Carrots And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced celery, cooked until tender
    1/2 to 3/4 c. butter
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, melt on low heat
    salt and pepper
    potato chips
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Saute onion and celery in a little butter.
    On low heat, melt butter and Velveeta cheese.
    Pour cheese mixture over vegetable mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
