Five Flavor Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
5 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. rum
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add extracts, flavoring and eggs.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder; add to mixture alternately with sour cream.
Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or until done.
Glaze, if desired.
